The Valuation Purposes are the underlying objectives that guide the assessment of immovable property. By knowing the purpose, a valuer can produce a more concise report, thereby aiding stakeholders in making better-informed decisions to fulfil their objectives. The methods of valuation employed may vary in complexity, accuracy, and suitability, dependent on the property type and the valuation purpose and its requirements. Market and Rental

Market valuations are required for various reasons including but not limited to: Sale and Purchase, Financial Statements, Estate Valuations and Litigation etc. We also provide consultation on rentals and lease agreements.

Replacement Cost

Replacement Cost valuations are typically done for insurance purposes and are based on market trends. It is also a component in the Depreciated Replacement Cost method of valuation.

Highest and Best Use

We provide Highest and Best Use (HBU) valuations which is a concept that is defined as a use that is physically possible, legally permissible, financially viable and optimally productive.

Historic Valuations

Historic valuations are required for a variety of reasons and are primarily used for Deceased Estates or Capital Gains Tax.
